
Ethiopia Sidamo
Ethiopia grows one of the world’s best coffees in the high levels of Sidamo. This small to medium-sized, very compact bean grows at altitudes from 1400 to 2200 metres. Sidamo coffee is fascinating, very fragile and delicate. When added to milk a subtle caramel flavour develops.
